When I first laid eyes on the Finisher, I thought to myself, how this is possibly going to work, well that was one big surprise.
The slender stick bait profile can be fished a number of different ways depending on the situation. From actions similar to a glide bait, a sinking jerk bait, vertical jigging or cracking it through the water column. It’s up to your imagination how you work the Finisher depending on where the fish are and how they are reacting. Allowing for a fast and accurate casting ability to get the bait out of the boat and into the territory of the lurking fish.

I found the Finisher very effective vertically jigged or cracked, but with a subtle erratic motion to give the shaking, wounded bait fish action while slowly lifting up until the target species grab the bait. However, if the fish doesn’t swallow the bait, let the bait descend back to the bottom or required depth and start the action again.
The Finisher will quickly descend vertically to the desired depth from where the angler can work the bait in the manner to entice the target species. I like to twitch the Finisher with a finesse motion while slowly winding but maintaining the bait near the fish while watching the FFS. Note: when the target species grabs the Finisher, hang on as they go nuts.

The Finisher comes in three different sizes and weights: 5cm 1/3 oz, 7cm 1/2oz and 9cm 3/4oz. The baits come in eighteen different colours ranging from subtle baitfish colours through to rightly coloured imitations. The baits are equiped with sticky
sharp Fusion 19 trebles for maximum hook penetration.
My favour colours for freshwater golden perch (Yellow belly) are Wakasagi, Perch
and Black Gold in the 5cm and 7cm sizes.
There is no reason why the Finisher wouldn’t work other species, so do yourself a favour and get some of these baits and think outside the box in working these baits!
